Billy received his Bachelor of Music from The University of The Arts and his Masters of Music from Rowan University.

Broadway credits include Bob Fosse’s Chicago.  He has played for Sammy Davis, Jr., Michel LeGrand, David Foster, Carol Lawrence, Mickey Rooney, The Temptations, Patti LaBelle, Robert Goulet, Peter Allen, Neil Sadaka among others, and was the personal drummer of Joel Grey, Mary Travers, The Maguire Sisters, and The Third Degrees.  He has worked with renowned jazz artists Bernard Pieffer, Grover Washington, Jr., John Blake, Dennis DiBlasio, Stanley Clark, and the Glen Miller Orchestras, to name a few.

Billy has served as an educator in the traditional role, and through special performance clinics with Young Audiences, Inc. and the Strings for Schools Education Performance Workshops, of which he was a member of the board of directors.

As a studio musician, he has recorded with artists on major labels including Atlantic, Jet Stream, Joy, Route 101 South, Tri-Art Music and is currently under contract with Candid Records and Maple Shade Records..
